CIRCULAR; SUB; CONDUCTING OF GENERAL BODY MEETING AND HOLDING ELECTIONS FOR THE YEAR 2012

      As you are all aware that the New Nagole Senior citizens Forum will be completing 2nd years successful service by the end of this year and entering into 3rd year from 1-1-2012.  The tenure of the present managing committee is also going to end by 31-12-2011 and elections are to be held for electing new managing committee for the year 2012.
     As decided in the meeting held on 4-12-2011 it is informed to all that the General Boding meeting  will be held on 25-12- 2011 at 17.00 Hrs. in the house of Shri P.Janardhana Rao (Rd. No.5A) for electing "
                PRESIDENT     ONE :  VICE PRESIDENT  ONE;  GENERAL SECRETARY  ONE
                JOINT SECRETARY  ONE;  TREASURER   ONE; and Executive Members 6(six)
    The following will be the Election Schedule:
                Filing nominatios:  Up to 18.00Hrs     23-12 -2011 (Friday)
              2)Display of valid nominations:           24-12-2011   10-00Hrs (Saturday)
             3}Withdrawal of Noinations:                up to 18.00 Hrs on 24-12-2011(Saturday)
             4)Conducting of Elections(If necessary)   25-12-2011       18-00Hrs (Sunday)
Interested members are therefore, requested to submit their nominations for the above mentioned posts in the following proforma to the Presodemt/General Secretary well in advance.Statement showing the particulars of income&expenditure is given on the back side of the circular.  All the members are requested to attend the meeting and participate/vote in the elections.

Sri Ramaraju Mohan Rao garu while meeting on 13th of this  month has given valuable suggestions regarding to help poor people those who r sleeping on the  road sides in the winter season without blanket, he proposed the senior citizen  forum should provide blanket to them.  2} Spared cloths of senior citizens  to be collected and provid to the poor students.  The above points are under consideration of the Forum.  This is very good suggestions proposed by Sri Mohan Rao garu. Roof garden on the Top of the building

one of the member of  Senior citizen Forum of new nagole created wonderful roof garden on the Top of the terrase.  The owner of the buiding Sri Chundi Singaiah  made a wonderful roof garden and now he enjoyed the results of the garden ie. flowers and vegetables etc.

It is our duty to provide them full support and ensure that we will not treat them as the burden in our society. New Nagole senior citizen! Forum formed in the year 2010 at Ne w Nagole colony, H.No. 2-4609,road No.9,New Nagole, Hyderabad 500 035. Our Forum started with 11 members and it was registered vide No. 466/2010. S/sri S.Mohd. Anwarul Haq has elected as President and Sri Chundi Singaiah elected as General secretary/vice President Sri G.Venkatareddy Tresurer Sri S.Babu..  By the end of the Oct 2011 , 85 Sr.citizens joined  in the Form.    Long live NEWNAGOLE SENIOR CITIZENS FORUM     JAI HIND
