Letter addressing to the President, New Nagole Welfare Association

We would like to suggest the following measures regarding cleanliness and widening
of roads and removal of wild vegetation in the vacant plots and both sides of all the roads
in our colony.

1,  All the roads in our  colony are very narrow and need immediate widening as the number
of houses and road users have increased enormously in the recent years.

2.  There is no plafe for walkers on the roads due to increased light as well as
heavy vehicular traffic in the colony.  It is suggested that the place ment for
pedestrians on both sides of the roads may please be made available by
removing grass, debris, etc., and leveling the area.  Sweeping staff of
Municipalty are not regularly coming and cleaning all the roads. You are
requested to take up this issue  and the sweepers should take signature of one
person from each road about their daily attendance of the duties.

3.  All the vacant plots almost filled with garbage, left out food stuff, etc.due
to which mosquitees menace is high besides the rise of rats, bandicoots etc.,
which are digging the foundations of compound walls of the house.  It is
suggested that the owners of these vacant plots may please be requested to
keep the area clean by removing wild vegetation frequently.  If owners are not
available, as an alternative measure,Association is requested to take up cleaning
measures.  Wher ever apartment are located the problem is high because the
residents are conveniently throwing the garbage etc., using the plastic. Even
the plot opposite Sri Saibaba Temple is not exception and it is also filled with
     debris etc.

4.  Dogs menace is causing lot of inconvenience and fear on allmost all the roads.
please take up the issue with Municipal authorities for early remedial action.

5. No fogging is done in our colony inspite of high rise of mosquit oes which may
please be sorted out with the Municipalty.

6. Due to increased houses and apartments in the colony, present drainage
pipeline system may fail any time hence, it is requested urgent action may be
taken to replace the same with suitable bigger diameter drainage pipes.

7. Greenery also may please be given priority and different types of saplings may be
procured and planted in the colony to have a fresh look.

8. 3 phase electricity lining work may please be taken up wherever necessary by erecti.ng
    extra poles if necessay.

9. Construction work of Community hall may please be taken up immediately as already decided
in the general body meeting of welfare association.

10.Development of Park from MP funds may please be taken up in the place located between Snehapuri
and New Nagole where the compound wall and gate already constructed by Municipality.

AS senior citizens of colony on going round the colonies around , the above suggestions are made for your early action keeping in view the comfort of our colony residents and also to make our colony as a model one in the Municipalty.

It is observed during our morning and evening walk for Health and survey, that neighbouring colonies like Alkapuri, Telephone Colony, Sri Ramakrishnapuram, Samathapuri,Coop.Bank colony
(both are formed after our colony) Incometax colony etc., ae in a better position than our colony in all the above factors.  Hence, we request you to take up the matter with higher authorities in L.B.Nagar municipalty, if necessary with MP/MLA.  A general circular may be issued by you requesting all the Residents in the colony to maintain cleanliness by avoiding plastic usage and also not throwing food stuff and garbage on the roads and neighbouring vacant plots in order to build a clean and green New Nagole.  We wish to state that all the Senior Citizens are ready to extend fullest coopration to you in this regard.

Thanking you in anticipation of friendly co-operation for development of New Nagole Colony.

Yours sincerly,
Sd/-
