              kind attention is invited the following references where in my self and my wife
enrolled at Aadhaar card issuing center at New Nagole welfare Association, Road No.5,
New Nagole on 26-4-2011.  We have not received neither UID nor any information from
the Unique identification Authority of India. 
             
             We request that kindly verify the matter and send UID cards at an early date.  Now
Govt. of Andhra Pradesh insiting for Aadhar Cards for all purposes.
 
             We hope a word from you.
